The Dixie Soccer Club with Rated Sports are pleased to invite your team to the 2010 Umbro Top Rated Invitational – Soccer College Showcase Tournament. Over the past four years, the showcase has helped many student-athletes receive University scholarships as we have provided them with a platform to showcase their talents in the hopes of playing soccer at the collegiate level, whether in the US or Canada. Our objective is to facilitate efficient communication between athletes and college coaches. We strive for achievement and excellence, with an emphasis on personal development for the student-athlete.
The Umbro Top Rated Showcase is committed to excellence above all else;
In the spring of 2010, many Top Rated boys and girls youth soccer teams from across Canada (ages U15 to U18) will be attending the Umbro Top Rated Invitational – Soccer College Showcase Tournament in Mississauga, Ontario. The showcase will be held from 22nd – 24th at the Mississauga Iceland Fields and the Hershey Sports Zone complexes. Each team will be guaranteed at least three games.
NOTE: Non-residents of Ontario must show proof of all players’ liability and health insurance coverage.
Appropriate permission to travel must be obtained from:
- District Association for Ontario teams outside of the Peel Halton Region
- Provincial Association for all teams outside Ontario
- National/State Association for all teams outside of Canada
Numerous NCAA / NAIA and CIS college soccer coaches will be attending the showcase once again and if the success of the 2009 Umbro Top Rated Showcase is any indication were approx 100+ US and Canadian College coaches were in attendance to evaluate the best youth soccer talent this country has to offer, then 2010 looks to be bigger and better than ever. It is our duty to succeed in bringing the top US and Canadian College/University school’s to one location for the betterment of the Canadian youth soccer player.
