*Registration will take place in “HALL of FAME” area (main lobby), the area beside the beer garden will be tented off for Umbro Top Rated Showcase registrations.

TIME: 6:30 pm – 10:00 pm
LATE REGISTRATION:
- Late registration will take place in the Hershey Center Indoor Fieldhouse – “Hall of Fame” area – main lobby.
- Late registration must take place 2 hrs before start of your first game on Saturday May 22nd.
- Late registration will be limited to out of province teams not arriving until Saturday or teams traveling in access of 100km only.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
- Travel Permit – required for all NON-PHSA club sanctioned teams. NO team will be permitted to participate in the Umbro Top Rated Showcase without an authorized travel permit, NO ACCEPTIONS.
- Current Official Sanctioned Player Books with Photo’s
- Copy of Official 2009 Outdoor Provincial Roster sheet – NOT GOTSOCCER ROSTER
- Guest Player Information – team using guest players (non same club affiliated add on’s) are required to provide an official player book with photo.
*A team contact form will need to be filled out at registration.
*NO Indemnity Forms required
MEET & GREET:
Light Snacks and beverages will be served in the tented off registration area for team officials.
